Learning to Fly – Arm Balance Workshop
Join Brad for an evening dedicated to the art of arm balances
Accessible to all levels of practitioner!
Find your balance and take flight in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and gain a better understanding of:
* The concept and philosophy of arm balances
* The importance of the breath and how to use the breath to calm the mind and find stability in the poses
* How to prep the body to safely and correctly enter and exit each pose (with and without the use of props)
* Why arm balances are so powerful and how they influence both the body and the mind
Explore a number of arm balances such as Crow (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), 8 Angle Pose (Astavakrasana ), Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana) and more!
