Graduate Testimonials

“Life changing, literally! The 200-hour yoga teacher training at House of Yoga was nothing short of transformative, and the time flew by in the best way possible! This was the only training I’ve ever attended that I enjoyed wholeheartedly from start to finish, and it’s an experience I’ll carry with me forever.”

Ambrose, 200hr YTT 2025 Graduate

“This was a journey that I had hoped would be great but far exceeded all of my expectations. I didn’t join with any plan to teach yoga professionally; I was starting a new chapter in my life and thought that 20 days of yoga would be a great way to reset. I did not anticipate how much more I’d get than that. This training kept me fascinated and deeply engaged from start to finish, blessed with a beautiful group of students who supported and encouraged each other. We were led by experienced teachers who were kind, humble and devoted to helping us find our strength and grow through the challenges. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and one of the best gifts I’ve ever had the privilege to give myself.”

Caryn, 200hr YTT 2025 Graduate

“Holistic, nurturing, challenging and inspiring! Fantastic curation of a group – such an inclusive and dynamic group of people.”

Jo, 200hr YTT 2025 Graduate

“I could really see the care and effort House of Yoga put into hosting this course. I enjoyed each day’s rhythm and getting to know everyone else on the course. I really valued the Yoga Humanities lectures with Firdose, learning more about yoga’s complex history, and being encouraged to approach yoga with a more critical mind. The inclusivity workshop we did with Candice was also one of my highlights.”

Rowan, 200hr YTT 2025 Graduate

“The training was life-changing in ways I didn’t expect. I gained so much confidence by being pushed outside my comfort zone, trying something new, and receiving a lot of encouragement along the way. It felt like a gift to step back from everyday life for three weeks and fully focus on this practice alongside others who had made that same commitment. The mix of intellectual, emotional, and physical growth was exactly what I needed; I came away feeling stronger, more grounded, and inspired.”

Megan, 200hr YTT 2025 Graduate
