What to Expect
A Sound Bath is an immersive, whole-body listening experience that harnesses the power of sound to calm the nervous system and restore balance to body and mind.
Sound travels through air, water, and even the tissues of your body. This resonance is why a song can stir deep emotion, a cry can trigger stress, and soothing tones can bring profound relaxation.
In this session, Leandra will guide you through a restorative sound journey with 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, crafted from pure quartz to create deeply harmonising vibrations. Gentle South African essential oils will further enhance the space, inviting release, ease, and a sense of inner clarity.

Leandra is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), Clinical Hypnotherapist, Amen Clinics Brain Health Professional, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sound Bath Facilitator, and Scrum Master. With 14 years of experience in the field, her diverse background allows her to create transformative, heart-centred experiences that foster personal growth, healing, and well-being.
