Our Classes
Find Your Practice
No two days feel the same, and neither should your practice. Our experienced teachers guide each class with warmth and care, and a contemporary understanding of the body.
Some days call for effort, and Strong and Dynamic Flow will get you moving. Others call for stillness, and Yin and Calm & Restore give you space to unwind.
In between, Align & Flow and our lunchtime classes offer a steady, mindful middle ground. New to yoga? Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our teachers will always offer options to suit you.
