Our annual June Winter Well-Being Challenge is back! It’s the perfect opportunity to prioritise your health and well-being and give your immune system and mental health a boost during the colder months.

How do I Participate?
1. Sign up: Email us at hello@houseofyoga.co.za to join the Challenge List before June 1st.
2. Practice Regularly: Participate in at least 16 classes between June 1st and June 30th.
3. Track Progress: Add a sticker next to your name on the Challenge List in the studio after each class you attend.
4. Show Your Support: Follow all the awesome brands above sponsoring prizes on Instagram.
Completing the challenge successfully means you’ll be entered into our prize draw! The draw will take place on July 1st, and we’ll announce the winners shortly thereafter.
