What to Expect
As the year draws to a close, life often quickens with demands and to-dos. This gathering is an invitation to step gently out of the rush – to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with calming yoga and mindful movement to settle the body, followed by gentle breathwork and mindfulness practices to release tension, restore balance, and support you through the holiday season – whether that means navigating family dynamics, the stress of entertaining, or simply finding moments of quiet.
From there, we’ll turn inward through journaling – creating space to honour the year that has been, celebrate the moments you wish to carry forward into 2026, and gently release what you’re ready to let go of.
Led by Sara Moosa (Heal Grow Flow) and Leigh Wood (House of Yoga), this end-of-year workshop offers you the chance to:
~ Ground and nourish your body through gentle, restorative movement
~ Explore simple mindfulness and pranayama tools you can lean on through the holidays and beyond
~ Reflect on your personal journey of 2025 and set clear, heartfelt intentions for the year ahead

About your hosts
Sara
Sara is a Specialist Integrated Counsellor and certified Pneumanity Breathwork Practitioner. Through her practice, Heal Grow Flow, she offers counselling, walk & talk therapy, breathwork, and mindfulness, supporting women in moving out of their busy minds and reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies. She creates spaces for women to slow down, feel grounded, and draw on their inner resources for growth and healing.
Leigh
Leigh is an Experienced 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and owner of House of Yoga, leading group and private yoga classes, trainings, workshops, and retreats.
Her teaching focuses on yoga and mindfulness as a pathway to greater presence, self-awareness, and holistic wellbeing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. To embrace tools that allow us to really listen in and to feel. To move the body in a conscious way, and to reawaken our breath. To embrace not only strength and resilience, but also stillness, quiet and surrender.
